First, I stamped a sentiment on a Soft Sea Foam scrap, using Rococo Rose. I added a balloon on the left side of the sentiment.
I then stamped two more balloons on the left side of the sentiment, using Night of Navy ink.
Next, I punched the sentiment, using a 2-1/2" Circle Punch.
I then adhered the Paper Blooms DSP panel onto a Basic Black matte and then onto the Rococo Rose card front.
Next, I added a Rococo Rose 1-3/4" circle to the card front and attached the sentiment, using dimensionals.
Lastly, I added a few Pastel Pearls to the sentiment and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
