In Stitches

I used a panel of fabric as my background. Thoughts?

Stamps:
   Stitched All Around

Paper:
   Cherry Cobbler A-2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)
   Very Vanilla 3-1/4 x 4

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black

Technique:
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Stitched Labels Framelits
   Basic Rhinestone Jewels
   Dimensionals
   Fabric
   Adhesive

First, I sprayed a Whisper White panel with adhesive.

I then added the fabric to the panel, turned it over, and cut off any of the excess.

I then adhered it to the Cherry Cobbler card front.

Next, I stamped and die cut my sentiment.

I attached it to the center of the card front, using dimensionals.

Lastly, I added a few rhinestones and adhered the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

Butterfly Hugs

Brusho Crystal Colours show the fluidity of water. These flakes are easy to apply and give you reason to react with plenty of oohs and aahs. Here is my card using my unique background. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Positive Thoughts

Paper:
   Always Artichoke A-2
   Watercolor 5 x 3-3/4
   Crumb Cake 2-3/4" Oval

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black

Brusho Crystal Colour:
   Brilliant Red
   Mossed Green
   Yellow

Technique:
   Watercolor
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Deck the Halls Fabric 2-1/4 x 1-3/4
   Multi-Purpose Adhesive Sheet 2-1/4 x 1-3/4
   Layering Ovals Framelits Dies
   Regals Candy Dots
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

To create with Brushos:
Sprinkle the flakes on watercolor paper
   Spray with water
   Tilt your paper
   Dab with a paper towel
Repeat any of the above steps

Continue the process until you are happy with your unique background.

The only thing to be careful with is the mixing of colors. If you mix too many colors, you will end up with a muddy sight.

I chose to add a rectangle of fabric and an oval sentiment to my card front.
