It seems like I am constantly playing catch-up. By the time I am able to use many of my crafting supplies, the rest of the crafting world has moved on to other trends. What about you? Thoughts?

Technique:

   CAS

Accessories:

   Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems

   Adhesive

First, I stamped the top of the Mixed Media Florals DSP panel with a snarky sentiment, using Mossy Meadow ink.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then adhered it onto the Boho Blue card front.

Next, I added a few Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems under the sentiment.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Pastel Florals

You can easily designate this card for a specific purpose by simply adding a sentiment or greeting to the card front. I chose to keep it as is, and designate its purpose as the need arises. Thoughts? 

Stamps:

   None (Mixed Labels)

Paper:

   Petal Pink A-2

   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8

   Mixed Media Florals DSP 5-1/4 x 4

   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:

   None

Technique:

   CAS

Accessories:

   Petal Pink 1/4" Diagonal Trim (9")

   Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins

   Glue Dots

   Adhesive

Note: Although, I did not add a sentiment, the Mixed Media Florals DSP coordinates with the Mixed Labels Stamp Set if you would like to add some stamping to the card front.

First, I tied a knot in the center of the Petal Pink Diagonal Trim and placed it on the left side of the DSP panel. I secured the knot in place with a glue dot and adhered the ends to the back of the panel.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then adhered it to the Petal Pink card front.

Lastly, I added a few of the Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

First, I stamped the sentiment on the top-right portion of the Mixed Media Florals DSP panel. 

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then onto the Daffodil Delight card front.

Next, I added a few glossy dots to the card front to help it sparkle a bit.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Mixed Up

I like the hint of colors on the various floral images. I use this same coloring technique on my cards quite often. Thoughts?

First, I stamped the sentiment on the top portion of the Mixed Media Florals DSP panel, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

I then adhered this panel onto a Basic Black matte, and then onto the Calypso Coral card front.

Next, I added a few Butterfly Gems to the card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Knotted Pink

Everyone is entitled to their own feelings. Only you have control over them, unless you choose to relinquish that control. Personally, I choose happy as often as possible, but there are times when you just have to "feel how you feel," and it's okay! Thoughts?

Technique:

   Die Cutting

   Stylish Shapes Framelits

   Petal Pink 1/4" Diagonal Trim (8")

   Low Profile Dots

   Dimensionals

   Adhesive

First, I adhered the Mixed Media Florals DSP panel onto a Basic Black matte.

I then knotted the Petal Pink Diagonal Trim in the center and adhered it to the bottom part of the Mixed Media panel. I adhered the ends on the back of the panel.

Next, I adhered this panel onto a Calypso Coral card front. 

I then took a left-over piece of DSP and used the light blue side to stamp and die cut the sentiment, using Tuxedo Black ink and the Stylish Shapes Dies. You can also use a Basic White or Boho Blue scrap.

Next, I attached it to the card front, using dimensionals.

Lastly, I randomly added a few Low Profile Dots to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside.
