Positive Collection

The shining rays behind the cross are optional. I decided to not use the traditional yellow or gold rays. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Faith Collection
   Positive Thoughts

Paper:
   Petunia Pop A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Boho Blue 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Thoughtful Journey 6x6 DSP 2 x 5-1/4

Ink:
   Tuxedo Black Memento
   Misty Moonlight
   Petunia Pop

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   2024-2026 In-Color Shimmer Gems
   Adhesive

First, I adhered the Thoughtful Journey DSP panel onto the left side of the Boho Blue panel.

I then stamped a Misty Moonlight cross on the top right of the Boho Blue panel.

Next, I added some shining rays, using Petunia Pop ink.

I then stamped the sentiment below the cross, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

Next, I adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then onto the Petunia Pop card front.

Lastly, I added some In-Color Shimmer Gems to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Metallic Faith

Although Stampin' Up! is known for its coordination of products and suite collections, remember that each item is sold individually. I chose to buy only the designer series paper from the Everyday Skies Suite Collection. I paired it with the Faith Collection stamp set. Thoughts?

Stamps:
   Faith Collection

Paper:
   Balmy Blue A-2
   Everyday Skies 6x6 DSP 2-1/8 x 1-1/4 (6)
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Gold Foil Scrap

Ink:
   Night of Navy

Technique:
   Die Cutting
   CAS

Accessories:
   Cross of Hope Framelits
   Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots
   Adhesive

First, I cut a panel of DSP into 6 rectangles. I kept them in order to piece the picture together. *Note the direction of the DSP if needed.

I then arranged the pieces on the Balmy Blue card front, and adhered them in place.

Next, I stamped the sentiment in the center of the card, using Night of Navy ink.

I then die cut a gold foil cross, using the Cross of Hope Framelits, and adhered it to the top of the card front.

Lastly, I added a couple of Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
