Silver Beauty

One of my favorite stamp sets is Beauty Abounds, even though it has been retired. I like the different images and it can so easily be arranged for countless occasions. It is a timeless set. Thoughts? 

Stamps:

   Beauty Abounds

Paper:

   Blackberry Bliss A-2

   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)

   Silver Glitter Scrap 1/4 x 5-1/4

Ink:

   Pool Party

   Blackberry Bliss

Technique:

   CAS

Accessories:

   Silver Metallic Pearls

   Adhesive

First, I stamped the sentiment, using Blackberry Bliss.

Using Pool Party ink, I stamped the Bokeh circles, both small and large, randomly on the Basic White panel.

Next, I stamped the flower flourish on all four sides of the panel, using Blackberry Bliss.

I then stamped a few butterflies to fill in any gaps on the panel.

Lastly, I added a few metallic pearls and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Silver Thanks

It only takes a hint of silver glitter to turn a simple card into an elegant one. I first stamped the flower flourish along each side of my Whisper White panel. I then added my sentiment toward the top using Pretty Peacock ink. I then switched to my Bermuda Bay ink and randomly stamped the bokeh dots. Lastly, I added a 3/8" strip of silver glitter paper to the left, and few rhinestones and this card not only sparkled, it came alive. What do you think?

Paper: Pretty Peacock A-2, Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4 (2), Silver Glitter 3/8 x 5 1/4 

Ink: Pretty Peacock, Bermuda Bay

Technique: CAS

Accessories: Rhinestone Basic Jewels, Adhesive

Once the front panel is stamped and embellished, add your favorite adhesive and glue it onto the card base.

Quick Recovery

What better way to express a quick recovery than to send a beautiful, Spring card signifying a fresh start. The butterflies in Calypso Coral are enough to bring a smile to your face.

Stamps: Beauty Abounds, Healing Hugs

Paper: Pool Party A-2, Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4

Ink: Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral, Archival Basic Black

Technique: Clean & Simple (CAS)

Accessories: Adhesive

This is a prime example of using only stamps, ink and paper to make a card. I used the Calypso Coral only on the butterflies to make them stand out. The bokeh dots are stamped in both the Coastal Cabana and the Pool Party. The vines of flowers and the sentiment are stamped using the Archival Basic Black.
