This card might need some extra padding or postage if you mail it because the rosette is on dimensionals and pops up quite a bit. You might even add a layer of bubble wrap before placing it in an envelope. Thoughts?

Hooray
Stamps:
Round We Go
Paper:
Mango Melody A-2
Dandy Designs DSP 5-1/4 x 4, 5-1/2 x 1-3/4 (2)
Petal Pink 2" Sq. (2)
Calypso Coral 2" Sq.
Mango Melody 2" Sq.
Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside), 1-3/4" Circle, 2-1/2" Sq., 3-1/4 x 1
Ink:
Calypso Coral
Technique:
Die Cutting
Punching
Accessories:
1-3/4" Circle Punch
Round We Go Dies
Stylish Shapes Framelits
Iridescent Pastel Gems
Dimensionals
Glue Dots
Adhesive
First, I adhered the Dandy Designs DSP panel onto the Mango Melody card front. Note that the orientation of the card is horizontal or landscape.
I then die cut all of the pieces, using the Round We Go Dies:
5-1/2 x 1-3/4 DSP - I cut 2 pieces, folded them like an accordion and adhered them together to form a circle like a bracelet.
Petal Pink 2" Sq. - I cut 2 rosettes with pointy ends. I used pink DSP so that you could see and notice them in the picture above. I used one for each rosette.
Calypso Coral & Mango Melody 2" Sq. - Cut each one with a pointy rosette and adhered each one with a pink rosette. I added adhesive to the center circle.
I used the 1-3/4" Basic White circle as the base for the large rosette. If you gently smash one end of the rosette (not the pointy end) toward the center, you can adhere it to the center of the Basic White circle. You will need to hold it down for a minute or so, to make sure it glues. Use any strong glue, large glue dots...
2-1/2" Basic White Sq. was used as the base for the smaller rosette.
3-1/4 x 1 Basic White strip was used for the sentiment. Stamp and then die cut, using the Stylish Shapes Framelits.
Next, I added the rosettes and sentiment to the card front as shown above. The smaller rosette was attached with dimensionals.
Lastly, I added a few Iridescent Pastel Gems and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Stylish Rounds
This layout can be used for a masculine card as well. What do you think?
Stamps:
Round We Go
Paper:
Summer Splash A-2, 2" Sq. (2)
Melon Mambo 2" Sq. (3), 3-7/8 x 5-1/8
Basic White 3-3/4 x 5, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Ink:
Summer Splash
VersaMark
Technique:
Die Cutting
Heat Embossing
Accessories:
White Baker's Twine (24")
White Embossing Powder
Round We Go Dies
Stylish Shapes Framelits
Brights Enamel Shapes
2024-2026 In-Color Shimmer Gems
Dimensionals
Adhesive
First, I die cut the dotted circles on the 3-3/4 x 5 Basic White panel, using the Round We Go Dies. I did intertwine two of the circles.
I then stamped the sparkles around the Basic White panel, using Summer Splash ink.
Next, I adhered this panel onto its Melon Mambo matte. The circles then appear to be Melon Mambo dots.
I then wrapped the White Baker's Twine around the bottom of the panel and tied it off with a bow. I placed the bow to the left of the panel, and then adhered the panel onto the Summer Splash card front.
Next, I die cut the rest of the pieces, using both sets of dies. The stitched circle is from the Stylish Shapes Dies, and the others use the Round We Go Dies.
Using VersaMark and White Embossing Powder, I heat embossed the sentiment on the Stitched Circle. This is the only circle that was adhered with dimensionals. I then adhered the other circles, as shown above.
Lastly, I added embellishments and a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Happy Birthday Rounds
Add sparkle to your card with just a bit of glimmer paper. It is easier to apply than glitter. Thoughts?
Stamps:
Round We Go
Paper:
So Saffron A-2
2019-2021 In-Color DSP 5-3/8 x 4-1/8, 2" Sq.
Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)
6x6 Glimmer Paper 2" Sq. (Bermuda Bay)
Ink:
Bermuda Bay
So Saffron
Terracotta Tile
Tuxedo Black Memento
Technique:
Die Cutting
Stamp-Off
CAS
Accessories:
Round We Go Dies
Gold Faceted Gems
Adhesive
First, I stamped the sentiment on a Basic White panel, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.
I then stamped Bermuda Bay and Terracotta Tile rounds twice before re-inking.
Next, I stamped sparkles between the rounds, using So Saffron ink.
I then die cut two rounds: one from the In-Color DSP (Terracotta Tile), and the other from Glimmer Paper (Bermuda Bay).
Next, I adhered the layers together: the stamped Basic White onto an In-Color DSP panel, and then onto the So Saffron card front.
I then added the die cut rounds above the sentiment.
Lastly, I added a few Gold Faceted Gems to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
