Ink:
Archival Basic Black

Pacific Point
Baked Brown Sugar

Technique:
Water Blending

First, I stamped the sky and the deep and shallow ocean. I used Pacific Point for the deep ocean and Pool Party for the shallow ocean. I blended the inks, using an aqua painter and pulled some of the Pacific Point up toward the right corner for the sky.
I then stamped the beach using Soft Suede. I inked once and stamped twice to create the two tones.
Next, I stamped the trunks of the palms with Baked Brown Sugar.
I used Garden Green for the Palms and Close to Cocoa for the area under the trees.
The sentiment was stamped using Archival Basic Black and Do the Hula stamp set.
Lastly, I adhered the stamped panel to the Soft Suede card base and adhered the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

Aloha
I keep grid paper on my table for two basic reasons: protect my surface and practice. I was challenged to use that scratch paper as part of my card. Here is a section that I thought worked for this purpose. What do you think?
Stamps:
Waterfront
Do the Hula
Hardwood
Paper:
Whisper White A-2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Grid Paper 5-1/4 x 4
Ink:
Various SU Inks
Technique:
CAS
Accessories:
Adhesive
I had never even thought of using my scratch (grid) paper as a card front. Still, when I looked at it, I chose this section.
I added the greeting, "aloha," one more time.
I then adhered the panel to a Whisper White card front and added a Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.
