Moonlight Bat

This was an excellent technique to highlight the various Halloween silhouettes. The spooky tree is one of my favorites. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Spooky Fun

Paper:
   So Saffron A-2
   Basic Black 5-1/4 x 4, Scraps
   Glossy White 5 x 3-1/2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside), Scraps

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black

Alcohol Inks:
   Stream
   Wild Plum
   Butterscotch

Technique:
   Alcohol Ink Baubles
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Halloween Scares Edgelits Dies
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

I followed the tutorial found on SCS for ALCOHOL INK BAUBLES. Just click on the link and see the step-by-step instructions as well as a short video.

I then stamped my witch on a scrap of Whisper White. I die-cut the witch, bat, and tree.

I adhered the tree and bat directly onto the background using my liquid adhesive.

I attached the witch using dimensionals.

Next, I stamped my sentiment and adhered the background panel onto the Basic Black panel and then onto the card front.

Lastly, I adhered the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

Batty Tree

The sponged background is perfect for the spooky silhouettes on this Halloween night. I must learn to create a foggy night rather than a hint of daylight with the yellow hue.

Stamps:
   Spooky Fun

Paper:
   Rich Razzleberry A-2
   Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4
   Basic Black 3 x 5 1/4

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black
   Tip Top Taupe
   Night of Navy
   Cajun Craze
   Pumpkin Pie
   Daffodil Delight

Technique:
   Die Cutting
   Sponging

Accessories:
Halloween Scenes Edgelits Dies, Fine Tip Glue Pen, Sponge, Adhesive

Sponge your background. Always begin with your lightest color and then add and blend the others. I added my colors in order listed from bottom to the top. I then stamped my silhouettes of bats, witch, and sentiment.

Thank you so much for stopping by here. I know these stamps and die cuts are no longer current, but I will continue to use everything I have. You can substitute any die cuts, stamps, and sentiments you have on hand. This background is a wonderful night scene that you can use with anything you have.
