Calypso Garden

Thank goodness for flowers that are never really part of a trend. Even though much of my designer series paper is no longer current, the floral prints are always a perfect choice for a card. Thoughts?

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   Calypso Coral A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Garden Impressions DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Fine-Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gems
   Adhesive

First, I adhered the Garden Impressions DSP panel onto a Basic Black matte and then onto the Calypso Coral card front.

I then added a few Fine-Sparkle Adhesive-Backed Gems to the card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of my card.

You can easily add a sentiment to the card front for a specific occasion. I like to keep several cards blank and send them as the need arises. The card's purpose is then determined by what I choose to personally write on the inside of the card.

Heavenly Thanks

I stamped directly onto the designer series paper. The light blue sky with its white clouds provided the perfect canvas for this sentiment. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Kindest Expressions

Paper:
   Boho Blue A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Fresh as a Daisy DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Tuxedo Black Memento

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Adhesive-Backed Solid Gems
   Adhesive

First, I stamped the sentiment in the center of the Fresh as a Daisy Designer Series Paper panel, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then adhered it onto a Boho Blue card front.

Next, I added some adhesive-backed solid gems in Boho Blue underneath the sentiment.

Lastly, I added a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Mambo Garden

I was so excited to be able to use some brads on this card. I seem to still have an endless supply of these in various colors. So, I am constantly trying to find ways to use them. Any thoughts?

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   Melon Mambo A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Garden Impressions DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Subtles Brads
   Adhesive

First, I added a So Saffron Brad to the center of each flower on the Garden Impressions DSP panel.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then adhered it onto a Melon Mambo card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

You can easily attach a tag with a sentiment for a specific occasion. I chose to leave it as is and use it for whatever occasion is needed in the future. Its purpose will be determined by the message I personally write on the inside.

Petite Magnolias

This is a simple layout to duplicate when you have many, many thank you cards to send. These occasions occur after large receptions, dinners, graduation, weddings, and so on. Thoughts?

Fine Art

I like the painted brush strokes on this Fine Art Floral Designer Series Paper. I am not an artist, but I sure do feel like one when I send out a card, using this fabulous designer paper. Unfortunately, it is discontinued, but I am still using the package! Thoughts?

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   So Saffron A-2
   Fine Art Floral DSP 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Pool Party Grosgrain Ribbon 24"
   Glue Dots
   Adhesive

First, I wrapped the ribbon around the Fine Art Floral DSP panel and tied it off in a bow on the front. I used a glue dot to hold the bow in place. I also trimmed the edges.

I then adhered the panel onto a So Saffron card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

You can easily choose to add more embellishments to the card front. I chose to keep everything as simple as possible so as to not take away from such beautiful brush strokes.
