Birthday Panda

Stencils can be so much fun. You can use any medium that you like. I used distress ink on my background for this card.

Stamps:

   Party Panda

Paper:

   Basic Black A-2

   Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4 (2)

Ink:

   peacock feathers distress ink

   Archival Basic Black

Technique:

   Stencil 

  

Accessories:

   Basic Pattern Decorative Masks, Red Ribbon 16", Adhesive

I used Painter's Tape to keep my stencil and card stock in place. I then took the peacock feathers distress ink pad and rubbed it on my stencil/mask in a zig zag pattern. 

I used a paper towel to clean the stencil and pick up some of the ink. This also caused the lighter colored circles on the background. 

Using my MISTI, I was able to stamp my Panda and sentiment several times. I then tied my red ribbon around the card.

Lastly, I attached it to my Basic Black card base. The second panel of Whisper White is for the inside of the card.
