Vertical Congrats

The simplest layout can be the most appealing. As the familiar adage states, "Less is more." Thoughts?

Stamps:
   Vertical Greetings

Paper:
   Cloud Cover A-2
   Basic White 5-3/8 x 4-1/8, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Peaceful Garden DSP 3-1/2 x 1 (3), 5-1/4 x 4

Ink:
   Misty Moonlight
   Secret Sea

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Tinsel Gems Three-Pack
   Adhesive

First, I adhered the Peaceful Garden DSP panel onto a Basic White matte and then onto the Cloud Cover card front.

I then stamped two potted trees, using Misty Moonlight ink, onto two of the Peaceful Garden DSP strips.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, using Secret Sea ink onto the third Peaceful Garden DSP strip.

I then arranged the strips as shown above and adhered them, using liquid adhesive.

Lastly, I added Misty Moonlight Tinsel Gems to the card front, and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card front.

Cheery Chat

I apologize for not remembering the name of the large floral embellishment, but I do know that it is no longer available for purchase. So, use whatever is in your embellishment pile. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Cheery Chat

Paper:
   Rich Razzleberry A-2
   Blushing Bride 5 x 4-1/8
   Dainty Flowers DSP 4-7/8 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Rich Razzleberry

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Stamp-a-ma-jig/MISTI
   Basic Rhinestone Jewels
   Floral Rhinestone Embellishment
   Glue Dots
   Adhesive

First, I cut the wreath from the Dainty Flowers DSP.

Since my stamp set is set in wood, I then used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the sentiment in the center of the wreath. As you can see, the sentiment barely fit in the wreath, so exact placement was a necessity.

Next, I attached the Dainty Flowers DSP panel onto a Blushing Bride matte and then onto the Rich Razzleberry card front.

Lastly, I added an embellishment at the foot of my sentiment and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Beautiful Panels

The design on this paper is so intricate, you have to be very careful not to tangle it, or it will tear. It can definitely be used on top of any contrasting color. What do you think?

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   Powder Pink A-2
   Basic Black 1-3/4 x 4 (3)
   Beautifully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Fine Tip Glue Pen
   Pastel Pearls
   Adhesive

First, I took the border strip from the Beautifully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper pack and cut it into three sections.

I then adhered each section onto a Basic Black panel, using a Fine Tip Glue Pen.

Next, I adhered each section onto the Powder Pink card front, using liquid adhesive. I did attach the two outer panels first and then added the middle one. You also want to make sure that all panels are upright. The top and bottom details are different.

Lastly, I added a few Pastel Pearls and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Figure-Outable

There are times when I finish a card and wonder: Did I add too many elements to the card front? Did I not add enough bling? Is the card too busy, boring, or just plain? What do you do?

Stamps:
   Lighthearted Lines

Paper:
   Basic White A-2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Paper Blooms DSP 3/4 x 4 (2)
   Petal Pink 4-3/4 x 1-1/8
   1/8 or 1/4" Circle

Ink:
   Night of Navy
   Soft Sea Foam
   Petal Pink
   Seaside Spray

Technique:
   Dry Embossing With Ink

Accessories:
   Joined Together 3D Embossing Folder
In Good Taste Elements (Wooden Circles)
   Adhesive-Backed Glitter Sequins
   Glue Dots
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

First, I dry embossed a Basic White card front, using the Joined Together 3D Embossing Folder.

I then took the Soft Sea Foam ink pad and gently rubbed the left side of the embossed image.

Next, I used the Seaside Spray ink pad on the middle section of the embossed image. You must use a gentle touch.

I then took the Petal Pink ink pad and gently ran it down on the right side of the embossed image.

Next, I adhered two strips of Paper Blooms DSP and adhered them on the left side of the card front. I used patterned paper, but you can turn these into solid strips of paper if you think the card front is too busy.

I then stamped a sentiment on the Petal Pink strip, using Night of Navy ink.

Next, I snipped the end to form the pointy arrow as shown above.

I then attached the sentiment to the card front, using dimensionals.

Lastly, I added a few wooden elements (2 Circles and a directional arrow), a glitter sequins, and a Basic White panel to the card front.

Blue Ribbon

Using Ephemera Packs is the most difficult way for me to create a card or project of any kind. Prefabricated images, sentiments, or die cuts are difficult for me to piece together. Having an open "canvas" with coordinating products is best for me. What about you?

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   Calming Creek Cards & Envelopes
   Basic Black Scrap
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS
   Ephemera Packs
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Perfectly Pears Dies
   Saying Something Ephemera Pack
   Something for Everything Ephemera Pack
   Colored Dots by Crafter's Square
   Glue Dots
   Fine Tip Glue Pen
   Adhesive

First, I went through the Saying Something Ephemera Pack and chose a sentiment: Congrats.

I then grabbed two cards & envelopes from the Calming Creek Cards & Envelopes.

Next, I went through the Something for Everything Ephemera Pack and chose a ribbon and banner.

I placed these elements on the card front and decided to add a mesh under the ribbon to help it stand out a bit more. So, I die cut the Basic Black mesh, using the Perfectly Pears Dies.

Next, I adhered all of these pieces onto the card front, using the Fine Tip Glue Pen for the sentiment, glue dots for the mesh and the ribbon, and finally adhesive for the banner.

Lastly, I added a few colored dots by Crafter's Square and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
