Stamp directly onto your designer series paper when possible. Many of these sheets are works of art, so let them do their work. Just add a sentiment or a few stamped images and frame it on a card base. What do you think?
On the Horizon
Kindness & Compassion
Basic Black 1/4 x 5-1/4 (2)
New Horizons DSP 5-1/4 x 4
Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Tuxedo Black Memento
First, I stamped the tree line using Evening Evergreen.
I then stamped the grasses near the bottom of the DSP, using Evening Evergreen.
Next, I stamped the sentiment in the center of the panel with Tuxedo Black Memento.
I then added the birds using Tuxedo Black Memento.
I adhered a Basic Black strip on the left side of the card base.
I then aligned the DSP against the strip, and adhered the other Basic Black strip on the right side of the DSP.
Lastly, I added the Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Great paper and I agree stamping directly on this paper lets the paper do all the coloring work for a wonderful card.ReplyDelete
