Hopeful Thinking

I added a cross and a sentiment to this Designer Series Paper (DSP) panel and created a beautiful card front. This paper reminds me of a painting. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Hope & Prayer
   Ginkgo Branch

Paper:
   Merry Merlot A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Beauty of the Earth DSP 5-1/4 x 4, 3/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Merry Merlot

Technique:
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Ginkgo Branch Dies
   Basic Pearl Jewels
   Adhesive

First, I cut and adhered the DSP panel to a Basic Black matte, and then onto the Merry Merlot card front.

I then stamped a cross, using Merry Merlot ink, directly onto the DSP panel.

Next, I stamped and die cut the sentiment on a scrap of DSP. I used a die from the Ginkgo Branch dies.

Lastly, I adhered the sentiment, added a few pearls, and adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
