Deer Hunter

Watercolor makes every single card unique. Even when my results inspire me to make a duplicate, it is impossible. I may come close, but each is still a one-of-a-kind. What are your thoughts?

Stamps:
   Noble Deer
   All Year Cheer II

Paper:
   Basic Black A-2
   Glossy White 5-1/4 x 4
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Black StazOn

Re-inkers:
   Crushed Curry
   Rose Red
   Night of Navy
   Island Indigo
   Garden Green

Technique:
   Plastic Wrap (Cling/Seran)
   Watercolor

Accessories:
   Aqua Painter
   Cling/Seran Plastic Wrap
   Mister
   Paper Towel
   Adhesive

I misted my glossy panel with water and added ink beginning from the lightest to the darkest hue. I dabbed with my paper towel if needed and/or sprayed more water. I then covered the panel with some cling wrap, scrunching it here and there. I then set it off to the side to air dry. It is important to not apply heat and to be patient.

Once it was completely dry, I carefully removed the plastic wrap and marveled at the beautiful background.

I then stamped my image and sentiment directly onto it.

The tutorial that I somewhat followed is found at JoZart. I did not use any starch on mine because I did not have any on hand.
