Love OSW#5 & #6

Cutting designer or printed paper on a diagonal gives your card that extra pizzazz. Don't you think?

Love OSW#5

Stamps:
   Love What You Do

Paper:
   Very Vanilla A-2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Share What You Love DSP 5-1/2 x 4 - Cut diagonally 1" inward from each end

Ink:
   Tuxedo Black Memento
   Old Olive

Technique:
   One Sheet Wonder

Accessories:
Share What You Love Artisan Pearls
   Adhesive

Notice that this is no "ordinary" diagonal cut! First, I measured one inch down from the top left corner and marked it. I then measured one inch up from the bottom right corner and marked it. I aligned the two marks on my paper cutter and cut.

The bottom half was adhered to card 5 above and the top half was adhered to card 6 below.

After I adhered the DSP onto the card, I stamped above or below using stamps from the Love What You Do stamp set.

Since this DSP has a flower design, you do want to make sure it is facing in the right direction before cutting and adhering.

This is the One Sheet Wonder Template that I created for these cards. The pink circled number refers to the card number where the DSP was used.

  2. Thank you, Fonda. I think I stamped too much on Card #6. I should have left it cleaner. Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to comment. Much appreciated!
