Ornate Thanks

If you are not careful, these die cuts will steal the show. I really like the intricate details of the die. Even though the words are a perfect fit, I'm betting there are many other images that will work on this. What are you thinking?

Stamps:
   Ornate Thanks

Paper:
Bumblebee A-2 or Terracotta Tile A-2
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4, 1-1/4 x 4-1/4
   Early Espresso 2 x 5, 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Ornate Garden DSP 5-1/4 x 4

Ink:
   Early Espresso

Technique:
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Ornate Layers Dies
   Basic Rhinestone Jewels
   Brushed Brass Butterflies
   Adhesive

First, I matted my DSP panel with some Early Espresso. I then adhered it to my card front. I made one using Bumblebee and one using Terracotta Tile.

Next, I die cut the beautiful, intricate frame for my sentiment using Early Espresso.

I stamped and then die cut the sentiment to fit right in the center of the die cut frame. I used Early Espresso ink on a strip of basic white. Gorgeous, don't you think?

I adhered this right smack in the center of the card, using my favorite adhesive.

Lastly, I adhered a basic white panel to the inside of the card, and added a few rhinestones to the card front with a brushed brass butterfly between the words.

Here is my other card showing Terracotta Tile as the card base. Which one do you like better? Bumblebee or Terracotta Tile? I also gave the sentiment a bit of a tilt.

    1. Thank you, Fonda. The teeny tiny butterfly will be in the new mini catalog. They are so cute. I will probably need to buy some more. They'll look great on flowers too. Thank you so much for stopping by here and sharing!
