Glossy Beach

How would you describe the weather in this handmade card? I can't decide if it's windy or just hot. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Sunkissed

Paper:
   Pacific Point A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Glossy White 5-1/4 x 4
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Pacific Point

Distress Inks:
   Frayed Burlap
   Mustard Seed
   Picked Raspberry
   Twisted Citron

Markers:
   Daffodil Delight
   Early Espresso
   Garden Green
   Pacific Point
   Soft Suede

Technique:
   Distress Inks

Accessories:
   Pebbles Enamel Shapes
   Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots
   Water Mister
   Heat Tool
   Adhesive

I used a tutorial from Splitcoast Stampers to create the background. You can see it HERE. You will find written instructions as well as a short video for this Wrinkle Free Distress Tutorial.

Once the background was dry, I colored my stamp with markers.
Sand & Dune: Daffodil Delight & Soft Suede
    Tree Trunks: Early Espresso
    Palms: Garden Green
    Ocean: Pacific Point
I huffed on the stamp to reactive the ink and then stamped the image.

I then added the sentiment using Pacific Point.

I adhered the glossy panel to a Basic Black panel and then onto the Pacific Point card base.

Lastly, I added a few pebbles, metallic dots, and adhered the Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
