Gleaming Ornament

Using the negative space from a punch adds interest and dimension to your card. What do you think?

Stamps:
   None (Christmas Gleaming)

Paper:
   Pretty Peacock A-2
   Very Vanilla 5-1/4 x 4 (2)
   Brightly Gleaming DSP 5 x 3-3/4
   Night of Navy 2-3/4 x 4-1/4

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   Punching

Accessories:
   Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack
   Star Designer Elements
   Very Vanilla/Copper Classic Weave Ribbon
   Stampin' Seal+
   Adhesive

First, I punched out the ornament shape on the Night of Navy cardstock. I kept the punched image to use on another project at a later time.

I then adhered the ribbon to the top of the punched piece. I made sure the words "Merry Christmas" showed on the top. I adhered it, using Stampin' Seal+.

Next, I adhered the punched panel on to the center of the DSP panel, and then on to the Very Vanilla panel.

This panel was then adhered to the Pretty Peacock card front.

Lastly, I added a few Star Designer Elements to the card front and adhered the other Very Vanilla panel to the inside of the card.

Note: Even though I did not use a stamp set on this card, everything I used coordinates with the Christmas Gleaming Stamp Set.
