Travel has been placed on the back burner since the COVID-19 virus began to spread. Still, there are those that must travel regardless of circumstances. Mostly everyone is taking the proper precautions to stay healthy. Not traveling and missing my loved ones who live far away, my brain took me here:

I stamped my image from the Summer Days stamp set and colored it with my watercolor pencils. I then used a blender pen to blend and enrich the colors.
Next, I sponged my sky with Summer Sun. My sunshine is spotty on purpose. I didn't want too much sun, but I also didn't want a white sky.
I then stamped a sentiment from the Adventure Awaits stamp set. I think it fit with the image.

Gorgeous stamp and wonderful coloring. I wish I could walk down this path. I could see this being used for a sympathy card or two also.
ReplyDeleteLove your card! I wish we could have traveled to see some of my family this summer, but it wasn't meant to be. Hopefully, the pandemic will come to an end soon, but I doubt it. Or, maybe there will be a vaccine. We can only hope.
