A Simple Wish

Any designer series paper will complement this birthday label. The only color I added was the cherry on top of the cupcake. This way, the focus stays on the printed paper in the background. This is a great way to use the beautiful paper that you have been saving because it is too beautiful to cut. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Simple Wishes

Paper:
   Pear Pizzazz A-2
   Whisper White 2-1/2 x 2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Forever Greenery DSP 5-1/4 x 4

Ink:
   Pretty Peacock

Marker:
   Real Red

Technique:
   Die Cutting
   CAS

Accessories:
   Tasteful Labels Dies
   Star Designer Elements
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

First, I took my beautiful paper that I was hoarding, and cut a panel.

Next, I chose a color from the designer paper to create my card base. I then adhered my designer paper to the card front.

I then took a scrap piece of white and chose a wood-mounted birthday stamp for my card. I stamped it, using Pretty Peacock, which is another color from the designer paper.

I chose the Tasteful Labels Dies to die cut my label. I decided to color in the cherry with my Real Red marker. I attached the label using dimensionals.

Lastly, I added two copper stars from the discontinued Star Designer Elements. I also adhered the other white panel to the inside of the card.
