Open Occasions

I do like the simplicity of this card. Thoughts?

Open Occasions

Stamps:
   Splendid Thoughts

Paper:
   Fresh Freesia A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)
   Splendid Day DSP 5-1/4 x 2

Ink:
   Tuxedo Black Memento
   Fresh Freesia

Technique:
   2-Step Stamping
   CAS

Accessories:
   Open Leaf Trinkets
   Glue Dots
   Adhesive

First, I adhered the Splendid Day DSP panel onto the left side of a Basic White panel.

I then stamped the line image on the right side of the panel, using Tuxedo Black Memento ink. (Step 1)

Next, I added color to the image (Step 2), using Fresh Freesia.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then adhered it onto the Fresh Freesia card front.

Lastly, I attached an Open Leaf Trinket, using a glue dot, and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

Here is another card, using a different image from the stamp set and changing the color to Soft Sea Foam

Open Occasions Too

Note that I changed the card base to Soft Sea Foam as well. I like both cards. I also think the copper and gold blend well together. Thoughts?
