Happy Note

Sometimes you just want to say, "Hello, how's it going?" Maybe you just want to let someone know that you are still in their corner if they need you. Here is a CAS card, whose purpose will be determined by what you write on the inside. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Wishing You Well

Paper:
   Granny Apple Green A-2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)

Ink:
   Shaded Spruce
   Granny Apple Green
   Merry Merlot

Technique:
   Punching
   CAS

Accessories:
   Curvy Corner Trio Punch
   Basic Pearls Jewels
   Adhesive

The wreath is stamped using Shaded Spruce and then adorned with pearls around it.

The bow is stamped with Granny Apple Green. This is a distINKtive stamp. This means that it stamps with the correct shading on it. How cool is that? It looks like real ribbon.

The sentiment is stamped with Merry Merlot. Note that the sentiment can be changed to anything you need, even Merry Christmas.

The Curvy Corner Trio Punch was used on the four corners of the Whisper White panel. The second Whisper White panel is for the inside of the card.

This is an easy card to duplicate as well. So, gifting a box of 5 or 10 cards to someone would definitely place you in the favorites box.

  1. Oh wow, Sally- this is so striking. Green is my favorite color so I was already SWOONING with the monotones - love the ribbon treatment, too!

    1. Thank you, Kelly. This Granny Apple Green is florescent, but the Shaded Spruce tones it down I think.
