Delicate Thanks

If you are in the market for a versatile stamp set, look no further. This Delicate Dahlias stamp set is a distINKtive, 2-step stamp set. I know that is a mouth full, but that just means more versatility. Here, I am displaying the line drawing with the images filled in on a nicely blended background. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Delicate Dahlias

Paper:
   Poppy Parade A-2
   Basic Black 5-3/8 x 4-1/8
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)

Ink:
   Coastal Cabana
   Granny Apple Green
   Mango Melody
   Poppy Parade
   Tuxedo Black Memento

Technique:
   Sponging/Blending Brush
   CAS

Accessories:
   Blending Brush
   Adhesive

First, I used my blending brush to add Coastal Cabana to my background. You can use a sponge if you do not have a blending brush.

Next, I stamped a couple of Dahlias in Mango Melody. I stamped the line image followed by the filler. This is a distINKtive stamp set, so the saturation is perfect and looks more like a painting. What do you think?

I then added some leaves around the dahlias. I used Granny Apple Green on both the line image and the filler.

I then added a smaller flower to the empty space on the lower left corner. I used Poppy Parade, and added a couple of small leaves using Granny Apple Green.

I used Poppy Parade to add my sentiment.

Lastly, I adhered the layers together and added the other Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.
