Flourishing Note

The copper foil really shines on the Crushed Curry card base. Thoughts?

   Flourishing Phrases

   Crushed Curry A-2
   Copper Foil Scraps
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4

   Cajun Craze
   Fresh Fig

   Die Cutting

   Flourish Thinlits Dies
   Crushed Curry Candy Dots
   Fine Tip Glue Pen

First, I stamped the floral flourish using Fresh Fig.

I then die cut the small flowers and the border in Copper Foil. I used the Flourish Thinlits Dies.

I adhered these using the Fine Tip Glue Pen.

I then stamped the sentiment using Cajun Craze.

Lastly, I added a couple of Candy Dots and adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

  1. It beautiful. I would have never thought of the fig, curry and copper together. I have all this. I should try it. :) Thanks so much for visiting me each week and letting me know, too. Have a great week.

    1. Thank you, Sharon. I wanted to add a bit of sparkle, so I opted for the copper foil. I could have easily added pearls or rhinestones too. Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to comment.

  2. I love the copper embellishments! They make the card extra special!

    1. I think so too, Fonda. And then I become selfish with the copper foil because it is expensive and you only get 2 sheets in the package. LOL! I have to make myself use it. After all, that is why I bought it. Ugh...Thank you my friend for stopping by today and sharing.
