Friendship Leaves

Die cut some leaves, throw in some wooden elements and create a card. I just bought this bundle and wanted to make use of it. So, I went to my scraps and began to stamp and die cut. Then I put them all together on a neutral color. What do you think? Does it work?

Stamps:
   Love of Leaves

Paper:
   Sahara Sand A-2
   Flirty Flamingo 3-1/4 x 2
   Mango Melody 2-1/4 x 3-1/2
   Pear Pizzazz 3-1/2 x 4-1/2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Flirty Flamingo
   Mango Melody
   Pear Pizzazz
   Tuxedo Black Memento

Technique:
   Die Cutting

Accessories:
   Stitched Leaves Dies
   In Good Taste Elements
   Glue Dots
   Adhesive

First, I grabbed scraps that were large enough for my dies. I then stamped and die cut leaves.

Next, I stamped my sentiment on the top right side of the card.

I then began to attach the various leaves randomly on the card front. I used liquid adhesive.

I then grabbed some leaves from In Good Taste Elements and attached them using glue dots.

Lastly, I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

  3. Love the leafy card, but if you're thinking fall, I just won't have it!!! Well... there'd be less lawn mowing... And, we don't rake... Maybe looking forward to fall does have its perks!

    1. You are too funny, Fonda. We don't really have fall in my part of the US. It is just hot or cold with mostly mesquite trees. But one can imagine, and I have seen pictures. LOL! Hope you and your love are doing well. Thank you for stopping by here and commenting.
