Hello Sunshine

The embossed-resist technique is great for a background. I was fortunate to buy a specialty paper with this embossing resist on it. You can find a tutorial for it on SCS. Just click on EMBOSSING-RESIST. Thoughts?

I began with my background. I cut my embossed resist DSP to size and watercolored using Soft Sky, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, and Old Olive. I set the panel off to the side to dry.

I then took some Daffodil Delight scraps and die cut three blossoms. I stamped the centers using Pumpkin Pie. I also stamped and die cut a few leaves using Old Olive.

I then stamped my sentiment on a scrap of Daffodil Delight and punched it using a 3/4" circle punch. I sponged it with a bit of Pumpkin Pie. This will be the center of the Daffodil Delight circle on the card.

I then adhered the dry DSP panel to the Old Olive card front. I arranged my flowers and leaves and adhered them with adhesive and dimensionals.

I attached the sentiment using a dimensional.

Lastly, I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card and added a few rhinestones to the centers of the blooms.
