Thanks Petal Pink

This is an easy layout to use when you have beautiful printed paper to highlight. No one wants to cover up gorgeous paper. Most of the time, I don't even want to cut it! Still, use it, we must. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Artistically Inked

Paper:
   Petal Pink A-2
   Basic White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Magnolia Lane DSP 5-1/4 x 4, 1 x 4

Ink:
   Tuxedo Black Memento

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Pink Subtle Brads
   Adhesive

First, I cut a designer series paper panel (DSP) for my card front. I cut mine to keep a border of the card base all around it. So, it measure 5-1/4 x 4.

Next, I took a strip of the same DSP and flipped it over to the other side. I stamped a sentiment and adhered it to the center of the DSP. I added a brad at each end.

I then adhered this panel to the card front and the Basic White panel to the inside of the card.

  3. Love the paper! I have a difficult time cutting into paper that I find particularly beautiful, but I do. Thank goodness I can use it in several projects, so I can spread the beauty around!
