Holly Jolly Christmas

I stamped the background using a discontinued Woodcut Holly jumbo wheel. Do you still have wheels in your collection? I may have to take mine off the wheels, since I no longer have ink pads for them. Suggestions?

Stamps:
   Peaceful Pines
   A Christmas Punch

Paper:
   Whisper White A-2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Garden Green Scraps
   Daffodil Delight Scraps
   1/8" Red Glimmer Paper Circles

Ink:
   Always Artichoke
   Archival Basic Black
   Daffodil Delight
   Garden Green

Technique:
   Die Cutting
   Sponging

Accessories:
   Woodcut Holly Jumbo Wheel
   Perfect Pines Framelits Dies
   Curly Label Punch
   Sponge
   1/8" Circle Punch
   Dimensionals
   Adhesive

First, I stamped and die cut my trees and stars.

Next, I stamped the background using the Woodcut Holly Jumbo Wheel.

I then punched several red glitter circles for the berries.

I stamped, punched, and sponged my sentiment.

Next, I attached the trees, stars and sentiment using dimensionals.

I added the red glimmer circles for berries and adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.

  1. I think your wheel stamping turned out well considering you don't have the ink pads for it! Excellent card!

Since I have to pack up my craft room for having new floors put in, I will be packing up my inks. If I find an extra ink pad for the widest wheel, I will be in touch!

    1. You are so wonderful! I take it you no longer have jumbo wheels then. Thank you so much for taking an interest. Sorry, you have to pack up, but how awesome to get some new flooring!

  2. Great holly wheel. I took all my wheels stamps off the wheels a year ago and love using them in my misti now. It has been a bit since I used them I might need to bring them out again.

    1. I have so many stamps, I tend to forget some of them. I love going back to the oldies, but goodies. I don't think any of them go out of style, even if they are discontinued or retired. Thanks for stopping by here.
