Winter

Stampin' Up! made my job so easy with these beautiful images. I created this card in a jiffy. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Nature Sings

Paper:
   Chocolate Chip A-2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (2)

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black
   Garden Green

Distress Inks:
   Stormy Sky
   Mustard Seed
   Picked Raspberry
   Forest Moss
   Ground Espresso

Technique:
   Distress Background

Accessories:
   Foam Applicator
   Adhesive

First, I created my background by applying four distressed inks. The colors are listed in the order that I applied them from top to bottom.

Next, I stamped the stag at the bottom and the two deer on the right side of the panel. I used Ground Espresso ink.

I then randomly stamped the trees using Garden Green.

I added the sentiment in Archival Basic Black, adhered the panel to the card base, and adhered the other white panel to the inside of the card.

  1. Your card is wonderful. I like how you did the background. I like doing that myself, but it's been awhile. It's nice seeing how it comes out...a little different every time!
