Sand Dollar Beach

This is one of my favorite sentiments: Be calm and leave it to God. Definitely easier said than done. Still, if you believe and trust...Be calm and leave it to God. Thoughts?

There are times when I find a Whisper White panel staring at me quite intimidating. So, the first thing I did was to slightly sponge Marina Mist ink all over it, using my sponge brayer.

I then stamped the water all the way to the bottom of the panel, leaving room at the top for the sentiment and the sun/moon.

I then switched to Cherry Cobbler. I stamped the circle on the top right and the sentiment to the left of it.

I added several sailboats all over the water. This was done only in the middle section.

I then took the 4 x 2" piece of Crumb Cake and tore it in half lengthwise. This then gave me two pieces: 4 x 1". (Tear the cardstock toward you.) I then sponged the edges with Crumb Cake and stamped the speckles on both pieces.

I layered these two pieces on the bottom of the card. Obviously, the straight edge is the one in front. I added adhesive only to the bottom of the pieces.

I then die cut a couple of sand dollars and adhered them between the sand.

Lastly, I adhered this panel to the Marina Mist card base. The other Whisper White panel was adhered to the inside of the card.
