Quiet Lake

The more I play with this stamp, the more I like it. I used lighter colors on this card. I am pleased with the result. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Quiet Reflection

Paper:
   Shaded Spruce A-2
   Basic White 5-3/8 x 4-1/8, 4-3/4 x 3-1/2, 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)
   Classic Christmas DSP 5-1/4 x 4

Ink:
   Shaded Spruce
   Balmy Blue

Technique:
   DistINKtive
   CAS

Accessories:
   Adhesive

First, I inked up the bottom half of the stamp, using a Balmy Blue classic ink pad. I did this by carefully tapping on the classic ink pad, but you can also use a stamping spot, or a marker.

I then inked up the top half of the stamp by carefully tapping the Shaded Spruce ink pad.

Next, I used my breath to moisten the ink, by huffing on the stamp and directly stamping on the top portion of the Basic White panel.

I then stamped the sentiment below the image, using Shaded Spruce ink.

I then adhered the panel onto a DSP panel.

Next, I matted the DSP panel with a Basic White matte and adhered it all to the Shaded Spruce card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
