Christmas Ribbon

Sometimes, everything we need is sitting right in front of us. It is already made. All we need to do is bring it together to create something new. What do you think about this one?

Christmas Ribbon

Stamps:
   None

Paper:
   Very Vanilla A-2, 4 x 5-1/4 (Inside)
   Basic Black 4-1/8 x 5-3/8
   Brightly Gleaming DSP 4 x 5-1/4

Ink:
   None

Technique:
   CAS

Accessories:
   Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements
   Natural Finish Ribbon 8" (3)
   Classic Weave Ribbon
   Clear Faceted Gems
   Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels
   Stampin' Seal
   Mini Glue Dots
   Adhesive

First, I wrapped three strips of the Natural Finish Ribbon around a panel of Brightly Gleaming DSP. I used glue dots to keep the ribbon in place. Stampin' Seal will also work.

I then adhered the panel onto a Basic Black matte and then onto the Very Vanilla card front.

Next, I cut a sentiment from the Classic Weave Ribbon and placed it on the top-left side of the card to get a sense of the spacing.

I then searched through the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements and chose two leaves and an ornament for the card front.

Next, I placed these on the card front and then attached them, using glue dots.

I then snipped the ends of the ribbon sentiment and adhered it with Stampin' Seal.

Next, I chose to add a few Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels and some Clear Faceted Gems to the card front.

Lastly, I adhered a Very Vanilla panel to the inside of the card.

Here is another card, using a Large Copper Star and two small ones from the Brightly Gleaming Foil Elements:
