Big, Bold Sentiments

Do you like big, bold sentiments? Here are two cards that I made using the leftover pieces of designer series paper and lace doilies from the previous card: I Care.

Kind Doilies

I Do Love You

   Big on You

   Sahara Sand A-2
   Best Year Ever DSP Scrap

   Archival Basic Black

   2-1/2" Circle Punch
Coastal Cabana & Calypso Coral Ribbons 4-1/4"
White Tea Lace Paper Doily Scrap
   Fast Fuse

I made two I Care cards and then used the leftover pieces on these two cards. I changed the sentiments, but both are from the Big on You stamp set. I then added two ribbons. I adhered them together with Fast Fuse.

I apologize for being away, but Hurricane Hanna took the power away from this area for a few days. I am back and will do my best to continue to share my creativity. I still have a bit of clean up to do and the electric company is still working on downed power lines, so interruptions may still occur. No one can control Mother Nature. Thank you for your patience and loyalty.

  1. Yes, yes I do! Very much! These are gorgeous - especially paired with the Kraft - so elegant and they make a BOLD statement!

  2. Oh my I love those big bold sentiments. I only have a couple of bold sentiments and do love them too.

  3. Love the bold sentiments!

We're bracing for the hurricane that starts with an "I"...Isaias? It should hit around here (se NC) early on Tuesday Morning.

    1. Oh my, take care Fonda. I hope the hurricane passes you by or loses its strength before hitting you. Things I wish I had gotten: battery packs (back-ups) for my phone, battery operated fans, extra batteries for the flashlights and more snacks! I had plenty of water and made sandwiches from canned chicken and tuna. Praying for you!

  4. Thank you ladies for the kind words on my cards. Big, bold sentiments can adorn a card all by themselves.
