   Bubble Bath A-2

   Calypso Coral 4-1/8 x 5-3/8

   Delightfully Eclectic DSP 4 x 5-1/4

   Basic White 4 x 5-1/4

Ink:

   Tuxedo Black Memento

   Watercolor Pencils

Technique:

   Watercolor/Blending

   Coloring

   Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins

   Blender Pen

   Adhesive

First, I stamped the image and sentiment onto a Foiled Frame.

I then colored the image, using various watercolor pencils. I used a Blender Pen to smooth out the color and wipe out any visible lines.

Next, I adhered the Delightfully Eclectic DSP panel onto a Calypso Coral matte and then adhered it onto the Bubble Bath card front.

I then adhered the Foiled Frame, slightly tilted, onto the card front. 

Lastly, I added some Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
