Here is a wonderful layout to use when you have DSP that you want to highlight as a background for a smaller panel. I stamped the panel using colors from the DSP to pull the card together. Thoughts?

First, I adhered the DSP panels to a Basic Black matte.
I then adhered the largest panel to the Misty Moonlight card front.
Next, I adhered the square panel to the center of the card front.
I then stamped the Basic White panel, starting with the sentiment in the center and surrounding it with various images from the Wildflower Designs stamp set.
Next, I attached the panel across the center of the card front, using dimensionals and adhesive.
Lastly, I added a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front and adhered a Basic White panel to the inside of the card.
Here is another card I made, changing the sentiment to a Happy Birthday:
