Frosty Christmas

Burrr! Can you feel the cold blowing through?  I really like the way this card turned out with this All Is Calm Specialty Designer Series Paper. Here are the details:

Stamp Sets: Lovely As a Tree, Good Greetings, Itty Bitty Backgrounds
Paper: Soft Sky A-2, Basic Black 4 X 5 1/2, All Is Calm Specialty DSP 4 1/8 X 5 3/8
Ink: Frost White Shimmer Paint, White Embossing Powder, Versamark
Technique: Heat Embossing, Sponging
Accessories: Frosted Sequins, Rhinestones, Scallop Oval Punch, Apothecary Accents Framelits, Glue Dots, Embossing Buddy, Heat Tool, Big Shot, Dimentsionals, Adhesive

Make sure you use the embossing buddy on the Basic Black card stock before you stamp with the Versamark. I stamped everything on the black, including the Itty Bitty Background Dots for the snow. Then I added the white embossing powder, applied the heat, let it dry for a bit, and then cut it out using the Apothecary Accent Framelits. Lastly, I added the lines with the Frost White Shimmer Paint and a sponge dauber. I then glued the DSP onto the card stock, followed by the Basic Black, making sure it was centered. I stamped and punched out my sentiment using a leftover piece of the DSP. I randomly added the sequins and the rhinestones.

Blowing Well Wishes

Three stamps plus three pieces of card stock and two inks equals one Blowing Well Wishes Card.

Stamps: Dandelion Wishes, Bokeh Dots
Paper: Coastal Cabana A-2, Basic Black 5 3/8 x 4 1/8, Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4
Ink: Coastal Cabana, Archival Basic Black
Accessories: Glitter Enamel Dots, Adhesive

I stamped the background stamp in Coastal Cabana. I then added the dandelion and the sentiment using the Archival Basic Black. I then adhered the Whisper White onto the Basic Black and finally onto the Coastal Cabana card base.

With so many people coughing, sneezing, and suffering from health issues, this is a perfect card to send. The inside of the card is left blank so that you can add your own personal message.

All items can be purchased through my online store. If you wish to purchase this card, please contact me. Cards sell for $5 each.

Serenely Thinking of You

Here is a dainty, sweet card for anyone on your mind. This is a quick and easy card to make. I have used supplies that are no longer current in the catalog, but are in my stash. Either way, I like the colors and the layout. I hope you like it as well.

Stamp Sets: Serene Silhouettes, Wetlands

Paper: Whisper White 2 X 4, Tempting Turquoise 5 3/8 X 4 1/8, Basic Black 3 X 4
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Basic Black, White Gel Pen

Technique: Sponging
Accessories: 16" Black Grosgrain Ribbon, Scallop Trim Border Punch, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder, Basic Pearls, Dimensionals, Adhesive

First, stamp the flower silhouette onto the 2 x 4 Whisper White card stock, using the Tempting Turquoise ink. Take your sponge and sponge the edges of the white card stock with your Basic Black ink. Use only a small amount of ink so as to not over power the flower silhouette. Then take your Basic Black 3 X 4 card stock and punch the 4" sides using the Scallop Trim Border punch. Center the silhouette flowers onto the black scallop trim border card stock and glue them together.  Take your Tempting Turquoise and run it through the Big Shot, using the Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder. Adhere the flowers onto the left side of the Tempting Turquoise card stock. The 1/4" Black Grosgrain ribbon should be tied onto the bottom of the card next. Take the Tempting Turquoise card stock and glue it onto the white card. Take the basic pearls and glue one onto each flower.  Next, take the sentiment, Thinking of You, and stamp it with Tempting Turquoise on a scrap piece of white card stock. Cut it out using the Large Oval punch. Sponge the edges using Basic Black ink, again use very little ink. Use the Oval Scallop punch on a scrap piece of Basic Black card stock, and then adhere the sentiment onto it centering it. Using the white gel pen, dab a dot on each of the scallops. Use dimensionals to place it onto the right hand side of the card. I slanted mine a bit, just because...  Remember to trim your ribbon using your ribbon scissors. Like I said, it's a snap!

Friendly Flower

Sometimes you have to sit back and allow the beautiful designer paper do all of the work for you. Here is a card that uses beautiful floral images.

I could not bring myself to cover up these gorgeous roses. So, I cut a strip of card stock to stamp my sentiment, added a couple of brads and centered it on the card.

Stamp: Beautiful Promenade
Paper: Mossy Meadow A-2, Petal Promenade DSP 5 1/4 x 4, Blushing Bride 1/2 x 4, Whisper White 5 1/4 x 4 (Inside)
Ink: Mossy Meadow
Accessories: Blushing Bride Brads, Adhesive

Even though this stamp set will carry over to next year, the designer paper will NOT. So, if you want it, you must place your order before the end of May. It is available only while supplies last. Contact me if you have any questions.

All comments, likes, shares, and pins are appreciated and encouraged. Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by here and take a peek.
