Simple Note 6x6#20

This is card 20 out of 30, using the Playful Palette Designer Series Paper Stack by Stampin' Up! Sometimes, you just want to say hello or maybe send a quick reminder. Know that the recipient's reaction will be quite different when she opens this card instead of just hearing a beep that she has a new text. Which would you rather receive?

   Playful Palette DSP 4-1/4 x 2-1/2, 3/4 x 3-1/2
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Emerald Envy
   Sweet Sugarplum

Technique:
   Punching
   CAS

Accessories:
   2-1/2" Circle Punch
   2017 - 19 Bitty Bows Embellishments
   Basic Pearl Jewels
   Adhesive

This card used two pieces from Layout #9:

First, I stamped my wreath using Emerald Envy and centered the sentiment using Sweet Sugarplum. I then punched it out using the 2-1/2" Circle Punch.

Next, I played with the placement of the two pieces of DSP. I finally settled on tilting the larger piece and laying the rectangle straight across. Note that you can arrange these pieces anyway you like.

I then adhered the sentiment and the bow as shown above. The Whisper White panel was used on the inside of the card.

  1. Wonderful layout and I really love how you used that bow. I have a ton of little bows in my tote of items I need to get used up....I might need to create some wreaths. Thank you for the inspiration.
