Sweet Congratulations 6x6#26

Come peek through an opportunity to shout, "Congratulations TO YOU!" I am certain there are people in your life that deserve a pat on the back along with something to treasure and mark the occasion. You can easily change the color of the card base and omit the pearls to make the card masculine. As always, the inside of the card is left blank to allow for a personal message. What do you think?

Stamps:
   Friendly Expressions

Paper:
   Sweet Sugarplum A-2
Playful Palette DSP 5-1/2 x 2 (torn in half, lengthwise)
   Whisper White 5-1/4 x 4 (Inside)

Ink:
   Archival Basic Black

Technique:
   CAS
   OSW

Accessories:
   Basic Pearl Jewels
   Adhesive

This card #26 used Layout #11.

When you tear any paper, you should tear it toward you. If it is a small piece you can control the tear quite easily, making it as tattered as you would like. You can also sponge the edges to draw attention to them. I left mine alone.

So, I tore my 5-1/2 x 2" strip in half, lengthwise, and adhered one piece to the top and the other to the bottom of the card front.

I then stamped my sentiment in the middle and added three little pearls to adorn it. Do note that the sentiment can be changed to suit your current need.

Lastly, I adhered the Whisper White panel to the inside of the card.
